These Terms of Service govern your use of the Lou Boyd Aesthetics website, online booking, new-client intake, online consultations, and client portal (together, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

We provide cosmetic skincare and aesthetic treatments. Content on this website, including treatment descriptions, skin concern guides, and before-and-after photos, is for general education. It is not medical advice and does not replace care from a physician.

Results vary from person to person. Images and testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee of your results. Your practitioner will discuss realistic expectations, risks, and aftercare with you before treatment.

An online consultation lets a practitioner review a video and information you submit and recommend next steps. It is not an in-person examination or a diagnosis. Any recommendation is preliminary and is confirmed at an in-person visit, where your practitioner may adjust or decline a treatment based on what they see.

Response times shown on the site are goals, not guarantees. If you have a skin condition that is painful, rapidly changing, or concerning, please see a physician.

• Please give accurate contact details when you book so we can confirm and remind you of your appointment.
• Appointments are confirmed when you receive a confirmation. We may need to reschedule if a practitioner becomes unavailable, and we will contact you as soon as possible if that happens.
• If you need to reschedule or cancel, use the link in your confirmation or contact us as early as you can so we can offer the time to another client. Each studio sets its own cancellation and no-show policy, including the notice it needs and any late-cancellation or no-show fee. That policy is shown on the booking page before you confirm, and it applies to your appointment.
• Consultations carry a fee: $100 for an in-person consultation and $50 for an online video consultation. The full consultation fee is credited toward any treatment you book with us.
• Prices shown online are current at the time of booking and may change. Your final treatment plan and price are confirmed with you at your visit.

To help us treat you safely, you agree to:

• Provide complete and truthful health and intake information, and tell us about any changes before each visit.
• Follow the pre-care and aftercare instructions your practitioner gives you.
• Be at least 18 years old to book online. Clients under 18 must have a parent or guardian arrange and consent to treatment.
• Keep your intake and portal links private. They are personal to you.

You keep ownership of the videos, photos, and messages you submit. You give us permission to store, view, and use them only to provide your consultation and care. We will not use them for marketing without your separate written consent.

Please submit content only of yourself, and do not upload anything unlawful, offensive, or unrelated to your skincare. We may remove content that breaks these rules.

By booking, you agree that we may email you about your appointments, intake, and consultations. If you opt in to text messages, we may text you appointment confirmations, updates, and reminders. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

The Lou Boyd name, logo, the Lou Boyd Method, and the text, photography, and design of this website belong to Lou Boyd Aesthetics and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share pages for personal use, but you may not copy, modify, or use our brand or content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Information on this site about licensing the Lou Boyd Method is provided for general interest only. It is not an offer to sell a license or a franchise. Any licensing relationship is governed solely by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

Please do not misuse the Services. That includes trying to access accounts, records, or areas you are not authorized to use, interfering with the site's operation, submitting false bookings, or using automated tools to scrape the site. We may limit or block access for anyone who does.

The website and online tools are provided “as is” and “as available.” We work to keep them accurate and running, but we do not promise they will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Lou Boyd Aesthetics is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or online tools. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, or any rights you have as a client under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Madison County, Alabama, unless the law requires otherwise. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted here with its effective date. Continuing to use the Services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
